According to the "Notice on Airline Boarding Requirements for Certificates of Negative Nucleic Acid and Anti-Body Blood Tests Results" (01/11/2020), in order to facilitate the nucleic acid and anti-body blood tests for China-bound passengers in the consular district, and to reduce the risk of contracting the disease at crowded places, the Consulate designates the following health service providers as earmarked testing providers:

2. List of IgM anti-body testing providers
Temporarily, there is no restriction on IgM anti-body testing providers in the consular district, but the providers must have the qualifications authorized by the government.
To our knowledge, Iranian Hospital-Dubai (Address: AL Wasl Rd-AI Bada’a-Dubai) can provide IgM antibody testing.
Note: 1. Generally there are three types of serological test for anti-body, that is Total, IgM, and IgG. The type that is required for China-bound passengers is IgM (as a single item or part of several items in the testing) and the result must be negative.
The Consulate General only accepts the report indicating clearly that the result of IgM antibody test is negative. It will not be accepted if the report only shows Antibody. The information of other tests in the report does not affect the review of the IgM test result.

3. The above list will be adjusted based on the service quality of these providers, so please pay close attention to updated information.
4. Before going to any test providers, it is recommended to make a phone call to confirm whether the provider is open as usual, whether it can provide nucleic acid and IgM antibody testing services, and the time required for issuing test reports.
