UAE's Lunar New Year Greetings to Chinese People

During the 2021 Spring Festival of the Year of the Ox, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and other members of the UAE government extended greetings to the Chinese people in various ways. Local landmarks such as Burj Khalifa lit up Chinese red one after another. Local people and tourists from all over the world reveled in Chinese culture, shared New Year greetings and enjoyed the lively Spring Festival atmosphere.

On the first day of the lunar year, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, extended New Year greetings and best wishes to the Chinese people on social media in Chinese, Arabic and English languages, wishing everyone peace, health and prosperity for the Lunar New Year.

Chairperson of Hala China Board of Directors Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, Minister of Economy H.E. Al Marri, Minister of State for Foreign Trade H.E. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Education H.E. Hussain Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development H.E. Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi released a New Year congratulatory video on behalf of Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum. The video celebrates unique China-UAE bilateral cooperation of mutual trust and benefit, built upon their comprehensive strategic partnership and close ties of cooperation. China is the largest trade partner of the UAE, and the UAE is one of China's most important strategic partners in the Middle East. With bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, education and other fields setting excellent examples, the relations between the two countries are in a golden era. Upon the Lunar New Year, the UAE extended its New Year greetings to the Chinese government and people, with the hope that the two countries will strive towards a better tomorrow together.

Burj Khalifa, a UAE landmark and the tallest building in the world, created a joyous scenery and sent New Year greetings to Chinese people all over the world by playing on a busy schedule light shows produced by China Media Group for eight consecutive days, a total of 23 performances.
