On March 17, 2024, H.E. Ou Boqian assumed her office as the  Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Dubai. Ou highlighted this year as the 40th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between China and the UAE and the bright prospects of the bilateral relations. She expressed her willingness to work with all sectors of the consular district to make positive contributions to deepening friendly exchanges and practical cooperation between the two sides from a new starting point.
