On the morning of January 10, as part of the “Warm Spring” series of activities, Li Xuhang, Consul-General in Dubai, issued a marriage certificate to an expatriate couple who came to the consulate to register their marriage, wishing them a happy marriage, eternal togetherness and happy Spring Festival and congratulating them on their love in Dubai.

Compatriots in the consular district have always possessed a special position in the Consulate-General in Dubai. In recent years, under the unified arrangement, the “China Consular Affairs” APP has been launched to provide convenient and considerate consular services for overseas compatriots, such as online passport/travel permit processing, marriage registration appointment and remote video notary overseas.
