On December 22, Consul-General Li Xuhang met with HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Department of Civil Aviation and Chairman of the Emirates. Prince Sheikh Majid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hala China, also participated in the meeting.
