On July 25, China Central Television (CCTV) launched its international Arabic-language channel to promote the communication and mutual understanding between China and the Arab world.

 

This new 24-hour channel covers the Middle East and North Africa through the satellites BADR 6 and Atlantic Bird 4.  Viewers can use the digital satellite receivers to auto-search the channel or add the channel according to the following two sets of parameters:
